The manager and staff were super cool and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool area and beach gave us major vacation vibes. The buffet had a variety of tasty food and the drinks were on point. Plus, we explored Bras D'eau National Park and it was wild!
Would've loved more happening nightlife for young party animals like us. More parties and events would've made the experience even more epic!

A mini-fridge-bar, coffee/tea makers and a seating area inside the premium twin room were handy. The service was good and the food was excellent. Moreover, it was easy to park close to the hotel...

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and was impressed with the convenient location and comfortable facilities.
The lack of reliable and fast internet connection was frustrating for my work needs.

The staff were incredibly attentive and caring throughout our stay, making sure all our needs were met. They even went above and beyond to plan a perfect engagement and birthday weekend for us, with lots of fabulous surprises. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from.
One of the things we didn't like was the lack of diverse entertainment during the evenings. We found that there were only background music playing on 2 days a week.

We enjoyed our city break and made the most of the sun, sea, and indulgence. The location was amazing and offered us the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge our batteries. We particularly liked the large rooms with good facilities, including a spacious and useful bathroom. the complimentary massage and free water sports were great touches that added to the overall experience.
We did have some negative experiences during our stay. Although the staff were friendly, some of them came across as pushy at times.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. A mini-fridge-bar, coffee/tea makers and a seating area in the room, beautiful and amazing location. Heated pool, parking close to the hotel.

Spent Easter at this resort and the experience was unforgettable. Loved the fact that they offered a wide variety of free activities for everyone to enjoy, from water sports to land activities. The location was perfect, right by the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. Another amazing aspect was the food; it was delicious and always freshly made, from the breakfast buffet to the evening dinners.
The only negative aspect was that we often had to wait until late afternoon for our rooms to be cleaned, but it didn't bother us much, since we spent most of our time outside enjoying our activities. we had a fantastic Easter holiday experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed and fun beach vacation.

The breakfasts are delicious, and the variety never gets old. The resort's facilities offer something for everyone, from water sports to spa treatments, making it the perfect vacation destination.
The resort would have benefited from additional staffing during peak hours.

The location was perfect and the rooms were spacious with excellent facilities. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. We especially appreciated the large bathroom, which was great for traveling with our 1-year-old. The resort had good restaurants and we enjoyed recharging our batteries with vitamin D, getting a good night's sleep, and using the gym, yoga studio, and pool with our baby.
